We're a small family business who deeply believe in the products we've created and want them to make a real difference for you and your family. We also want our customers to be completely happy with their purchases, so if something isn't working out, here's how returns work.

Exchanges are always free

If something isn't right, we'd love the chance to fix it before anything gets shipped back. A broken or worn part? Upload a quick photo when you start your return and in most cases we'll simply mail you a free replacement part, with nothing to box up or send back. Need a different size or a longer strap? We'll swap it or send one free. Full exchanges are free too, including the return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and process your return, usually within 2 to 3 business days of it arriving with us. If you're returning because you no longer need it or changed your mind, a $10 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund. Exchanges never carry this fee.

What can be returned

We know our products do their work in the water and on the field, so gently used returns are welcome. Just make sure everything comes back clean, dry, and complete with all its parts. For the Swim Pack, that means all foam layers, the belt and strap, and the carry case.

If something's wrong with your order

Damaged, defective, or not what you ordered? Start a return, pick the reason that fits, and upload a photo. We review these personally, usually the same day, and cover all costs.

If your order never arrived or was delivered to the wrong address, don't start a return (there's nothing to send back!). Email us at support@kaizenkidz.com and we'll track it down and make it right.
