1. Use of Our Website

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our website.
• You agree not to misuse our website, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any laws.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our website without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe, and process payments securely.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors or suspected fraud.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We aim to process and ship orders within 5 business days.
• Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
• Customers are responsible for any taxes applicable to international shipments.

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns and exchanges are handled through our returns portal. To start a return, visit our Returns & Exchanges page. Returns must be initiated through the portal; items sent back without an authorized return may not be eligible for a refund.
• You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
• Exchanges are always free, including return shipping. In many cases we can resolve an issue by sending a free replacement part, with nothing to send back.
• Refunds for change-of-mind returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee, deducted from your refund. If we made the error, such as a damaged or defective item or the wrong item shipped, return shipping is free and no fee applies.
• Returned items should be clean, dry, and complete with all components. For the Swim Pack, this includes all foam layers, the belt and strap, and the carry case.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and process your return, usually within 2 to 3 business days of it arriving with us.
• If your order never arrived or was delivered to the wrong address, contact support@kaizenkidz.com instead of starting a return.

5. Product Information & Safety

• IMPORTANT: The Swim Pack is NOT a lifesaving device.
• Adult supervision is required at all times when children are using our swim products.
• Our products are designed for children ages 6 months to 7 years (up to 66 lbs).
• The Swim Pack is a swim training aid designed to help children learn proper swimming technique. It is not a safety device.
• We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate, but minor variations may occur.
• Always follow included safety instructions and guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Kaizen Kidz Inc. and may not be used without permission.
• Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Kaizen Kidz Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• We make no warranties or guarantees beyond those stated in our product descriptions.

8. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
